David Castrucci, Chairman

Mr. Castrucci has held positions as VP of Sales and Marketing for hardware and software companies, he has opened up new regional offices, initiated and participated with many new product launches and he has consulted for some of the elite in the computing industry.  As an industry consultant he specialized in turning around the sales and marketing divisions of hardware and software companies. He provided services to such organizations as Cray Research, NASA and TRW, NSA, Silicon Graphics, Luminant and approximately 50 companies of all sizes.  Mr. Castrucci also served as a director of Euro909.com (EURO, NASDAQ), a European telecommunications and Internet services company.  Mr. Castrucci has an AS in Mechanical Engineering from Vermont Technical College, and 3 years of additional course work at the University of Florida and Clarkson Universityin the fields of software development, business and Entrepreneurship.

Marc Dumont

Marc Dumont  serves as Chairman of Sanderling Ventures, Ltd. (offshore funds) and international investor liaison. Mr. Dumont has been an investor and director of Sanderling funds since 1988. He also works as an independent investment banker and international financial consultant. Previously, for over 12 years he served as president of P.S.A. International S.A., the international treasury group subsidiary of the Peugeot (Auto) Group. He also served in senior financial positions with Finagrain S.A., an international subsidiary of the Continental Grain Company, and Chrysler International with assignments in London, Mexico City and Detroit. Together with his wife Vinciane, he owns and operates the Chateau de Messey Wineries, Meursault, France, a vineyard and winery producing high-quality Burgundy red and white wines.
